FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS

• How long until I get my order?
  

Preorder items arrive in stock around 2 weeks after preorder closes. I try to package and ship orders out within 2 weeks after they arrive.

In stock items such as prints will most likely be shipped along most orders, usually preorder items, on shipping day.

• My tracking number doesn't work!
  

Your package is most likely still being transferred to the main office for my local post, where they scan and activate tracking numbers. After that's done, your tracking number should work.

Make sure to enter the tracking number without the spaces!

• Will you be opening a local preorder?

Local preorders are usually open around the times I open this shop. Check my Twitter for a local preorder form.

• Will you be selling at local cons?

For now, I've only ever sold items through this store! I've never tabled in a con before, but maybe I will someday :-)

• Preorder for this charm is already closed. Is there any chance I can still get it?

I'll most likely reopen preorder for charms (unless stated otherwise) when there's enough interest or when I make new designs!
