PRODUCT DETAILS

All charms come with protective film that you can peel off on both sides.

I will not be responsible for any damage caused from handling of the products while in transit; however, should you experience a problem or have a concern while ordering from this store, please contact me!


SHIPPING DETAILS (As of July 2021)

Charm preorders are expected to be in stocked around late July to early August, and will be shipped out within the next two weeks.

Pending orders that haven't been shipped will be combined with new orders. If you want them shipped separately, please let me know or leave me a note!

LOCAL ORDERS will be shipped through Lalamove or LBC. Depending on your local post service, shipping may take around 2-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be shipped through the local post service as registered mail. Depending on your area and local post service, shipping may take around 2-8 weeks. Please take note that extra charges such as taxes or customs charges from your local postal service may occur.

FOR ORDERS TO CANADA AND AUSTRALIA: Please be aware that orders from the Philippines may be delayed because of your local postal service. 

WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO SHIP TO THE UK AND EU.

DUE TO THE PANDEMIC AFFECTING THE PHILIPPINES, PACKAGES SHIPPED OUT MAY BE SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED. I cannot gauge the waiting time but according to PHLPost, on average it may take 2-6 weeks. Please be patient!


PACKAGE RETURNS

When an unclaimed package returns, I will send an email to notify the recipient. Note that the recipient will have to pay for shipping again, as I also have to pay fees for every package returned (then another one to resend the package). 

I require an email reply to resend a package. 

Returned packages will most likely be resent along with the current batch of orders.

Should you wish not to have the package resent, you may ask for a partial refund for your order (50% of the initial product payment). 


DISPUTE, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENT

Please do not file PayPal disputes without informing me first. If you experience any troubles with your order, do contact me so we can sort it out together.

Full refunds are only available before packages are shipped out. Once shipped out, a partial refund of 75% is available. Shipping fees are not refundable once exhausted. 

If a product arrives defective, I can replace it without any additional charges. However, I will need proof that this is caused by product defects and not courier mishandling. Mishandled products may be refunded depending on the situation.
